About Tanishi
Tanishi Gupta began swimming at just eight years old in India, quickly rising through the ranks. By 12, she was already competing at the National Games, earning medals against the country's best.
Seeking to push her limits further, she moved to the United States to train at a higher level, while continuing her roots in India with Dolphin Aquatics.
At 14, she was selected for the USA Swimming Zone Select Camp, marking her as one of the top emerging swimmers in her age group.
At 16, Tanishi holds the fastest times in India across all age groups in both the 50m and 100m butterfly, with national recognition including a feature on SwimSwam.
Her journey is just beginning—driven by discipline, growth, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
